These free self-management reading comprehension passages give Grade 5 readers ten texts at F&P levels S–V, one for each part of Self-Management: big emotions, calming anger and worry, coping tools, focus, pausing before acting, bouncing back and good habits. The full set is free with a free account (no card needed), and it builds SEL inside your literacy time.
