About this resource
Second graders know what they saw and what they want. These perspective taking reading comprehension passages show Grade 2 readers, in ten texts at F&P levels K–M, that someone in the very same moment can feel something completely different. The set grows empathy, the heart of Social Awareness, a CASEL competency, and makes an invisible skill easy to see.
