About this resource
Ozan keeps clowning around at his first community art class. These free self-awareness reading comprehension passages give Grade 3 readers ten texts at F&P levels N–P, one for each part of Self-Awareness: naming feelings, body signals, strengths, self-talk, mistakes, values and triggers. The full set is free with a free account (no card needed), and it builds SEL inside your literacy time.

- Understanding that different strengths suit different tasks
- Knowing what stays true about you
- Using helpful questions as self-talk
- Answering multiple-choice and written-response questions about what they read
What’s inside
- Answer key for the multiple-choice questions
A look inside
Three Things That Stay True About Me: A guide for remembering who you are on a bad day: write three things that stay true about you, like “I’m a big sister,” keep the list in your pocket, and reread it.
