About this resource
Coloring is already a mindfulness exercise, though most kids don’t know it yet. These mindfulness bookmarks to color let students find that out on their own. Mandala and lace borders surround big outlined lettering, and blank bookmarks are included for a calming phrase of their own. Slow, hands-busy work pairs well with messages about noticing details, and the set builds Self-Management for Grades 2–8 as an SEL practice.
